Voting doesn´t work when Tooltips are off was created by devil

Hi,

when i set Mootools Tooltips off then the voting doesn´t work.

I´m using latest svn checkout for V2 and J!2.5.1

maybe it use the same javascript ....

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

right ... voting, favorites and image field use tooltips, also mail/print/edit/feed buttons (but we don't really need for them). Not having loaded tooltips, will break favorites field too (i think did not test), the image field forces the loading of Tooltips.

So, i have added code to force the load of tooltips for both voting and favorites, and also reduced js code added by favorites.
