FrontEnd submission FlexiAccess

Hello, when an item is submitted via front end I think it is not passing trough Flexi Acess.

What do you mean?
which permissions? category permissions?

Category permissions can be overidden at the menu item for new item submit

1 - I have some custom permissions in FAccess for example:
Registers/public can submit via front-end
2 - I have created 1 category that only a specific group of adminstrator can see
3 - should the item set this permission when a register submits it?

In our case it was not setting the permission.

4 - After a register saves an item in the frontend I open the item in the backend and in the PERMISISON dorpdown you can see that the permission didnt got assign.

I am not sure what the expected behavior should be on this.
It is a custom permission for 'item' Axosection of permissions?
