Tooltips in buttons

I have disable the tooltips in the Component configuration, I was specting for the tool tip in the button PRINT | PDF to disappear but it didnt,

mmm, this is not the correct way to do it, for this we should find a different way to do it e.g. a new parameter ...

Disabling this parameter will suppress adding tooltips always in all flexicontent views.

But ...
i checked and category view always add this (i have removed it in r1381) ....
but note that the voting and favourites field will add tooltips by default.

Furthermore other third party modules and plugins may load mootools tooltips, this means that even if you disable it in FLEXIcontent global configuration you will need to disable it in all other extensions too

I see the problem is that in the iPad / pads the rollover action does not exist, so to print you need to press once to OPEN THE TOOLTIP and again to print.

the same happens with the images with tooltip, first click open the tooltip and only the second click opens the link
