Tooltip JavaScript always loaded was created by Rooney

FC always loads a Tooltip JavaScript which gives an error. This is the code:

I disabled this globally in index.php and I believe my page is no much faster.

FLEXIcontent and numerous other extensions call this joomla core function to load mootools Tooltips ...

This should not cause any problems unless there is some conflict with other javascript loaded e.g. some JQuery version ...
