[needs to enable menu override] display index ignored was created by fgossart

In the menu settings the setting for displaying alphabetic index is ignored.
Menu settings should override category settings ?

Did you enable "Basic Options",
did you set the "Override Configuration" to "yes"

today , i change the language string of the slider that contains this parameter to enable the override, now it has a text to warn of this

thus users will not miss it (it is hidden inside the "Basic Options" slider so if someone does not open will not see it)
