1.5.6 RC8 (r1486) Frontend edit buttons

ok, I will apply this and give feedback. I do have it hidden in category view, but still shows up in both category view and item view.

i meant item.php of your FLEXIcontent templates, i corrected it above

I figured as much, I edited the default template item.php and worked fine, but is there way to also hide the publish option too in the frontend, or should I just comment it out in the item.php? Not sure if there is a feature for this that I have missed or not.

or

to avoid not set PHP notice
