JComments with public access get listed

JComments for example has 3 modules, let's say I create a module called: Latest Comments.

So when a user comments in an item that comment will be listed in the latest comments module.

The problem:
When an item is moved in flexicontent j2.5 to an category that only has permission for admin, shouldn't the comments in that item be hidden from public?

You speak of the permission:
Viewing Access Level?

The JComments module is either buggy
OR
the fact that FLEXIcontent is assigning comments as being of type "com_flexicontent" and not "com_content" could be the reason of access level not taking effect

Can you make a quick test in an installation without FLEXIcontent, aka with comments assigned to com_content?

Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
