[Explained] Author scope still has the bug

The description in the behavior tool tip in the Authors Scope in the module says:

Dynamic: compares items to the current viewed item...

So this is my config.

Method: Include
Authors: BLANK
behavior: From the same Author

I spected for the module when view an item show other items form the same Author but in fact it shows all the items in the categories.

Also I tried the inverse:

open the author view:
index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=category&layout=author&authorid=


and show the items from him in the module and nothing.

Help please.

This will work when current URL is item view,

so when current URL is an item view the module does it not display items from same author?

yes i cant make it to work. via module. i created an menu item with the autohr view and then a module with scope related from the same autor. it didnt wirk.

no, no, it is not meant to be used with author view, but with current item view (aka same author as the user owning the currently viewed item)
