Editor bug for category description was created by Rooney

Hi,
I just discovered that in 1601 JCE works for articles but when I am editing a category description TinyMCE is suddenly active.

Joomla! 3.9.24 and FC 3.3.9

Hello,

if i remember we fixed an issue with tinymce not showing editor button and also added selection of editor button via an new parameter, but i don't think i have seen this bug.

I have just committed but there are also changes to the installation script that i have not tested , so if you test form SVN only install in a new site or copy site

I will test installation in the evening
and then make a public build for testing, we need to announce new version at JED asap

They are stable but some serious bug may have escaped, maybe for now install in new sites OR in development sites
