Can any one help me. This is simple is category ordering working?

I tried* Last created and last modified and the category order does not change.

FLEXIcontent version 2.0.0 (r1644) for j2.5

it seems it's fixed on r1647

please upgrade on stable version r1648 to verify

Hello, yes this was reported and fixed in r1647+
