univ. content module - pb w/ uncategorized content

fct getExtraCats in module helper
ln 1407 :: query is invalid for uncategorized content, i.e. '... cid IN () ...'; thus loadcolumn() returns null and array_unique fails.
either return array_unique((array)$published_cats); or
if (!empty($published_cats)) return array_unique($published_cats);

(v2.0.2 is close to release)

v2.0.2 also fixes
- favorites field being broken in v2.0.1
- performance of our FACETED filters (FACETED: a. filter values according to current filtering, b. item counting per filter value)
- Add SQL performnace for frontend category view (DONE) and (TODO) for universal content module
- various other minor bug fixes
- finishes ACCESS Level support for Content Types
- adds "Create item" ACL support for content types to limit Type Creation per user group (Not done yet)

I don't plan on thorough debugging. I happen to work on a project due end of may and my client kinda liked your component very much, so do I. I'm ad hoc testing just to make sure they don't ask me about warnings and stuff like that.
