mod_flexicontent.php verifyparams call

Here's the context:
1. no comment component installed
2. global config says 'no comments'
3. Strangely though, I get [display_comments] => 1 [comments_label] => 0 [display_comments_feat] => 1 [comments_label_feat] => 0
4. Anyway, the problem with verifyparams() is its being called AFTER php variables init (those used in the templates) thus with no impact on $display_comments_feat or $display_comments resulting in $item->comments_rendered crashing for one.

I would simply move the call to verifyparams before initing php variables.
