importation make disconecting

Hello,
I uploaded a csv file with the import function of Flexicontent. But soon after, I'm disconnected from Joomla and I can't no longer login in it, even with the correct username and password.
Yesterday, the import works normally, but today, I have this problem and no solution to solve this.
Could you help me please ?

the import procedure should be made to be AJAX to handle large CSV files

currently you can get the 3rd party FLEXImport Tool to better handle import (if you choose to purchase FLEXImport then note that support will come from the developer of it)

I never used Ajax and I can't program in javascript. Do you think it exist an easy way to handle Ajax just for importing big csv files, without programing in JS ?

I don't understand if this "3rd party" is free or if I should buy it ? And you think I would not have problems to import big files with it or it's not so sure (depending perhaps as well of my servor abilities, for example) ?
And what mean "support will come from the developer of it" ? (my english is not so good .. I needed help to write my first message)

paid component (not enough) but great support and big feature
