Hi!

All is in the subject : in the template configuration, if i choose the field "Date de publication" (in french --> publishing date), it's in fact the creation date (this field doesn't exists, by the way) which is displayed...

Thanks and have a good week! (by the way, i thought you planned the new release for beginning of last week, any problem?)

Hello,
you do not mention it but such a parameter is available only in item layout of blog template.
(so i guessed you meant the above, right?)

The parameters are:
"Created date and time"
and
"Revised date and time"

so i guess the translation is wrong

to Display the Publish-UP date, try this:
- create a custom field
- configure it to display the Publish-UP date
- drag and drop it in a template position

Hi!

I don't know what you mean by "you do not mention it but such a parameter is available only in item layout of blog template.". For me this two fields are available in every templates...

But your right, it's a translation error so. "Date de publication" should be "Date de création".

Ok for the way to display the publishing date. Thank you and have a good day!

Hello,

Parameter name is:
show_create_date

if you open the .XML files of all built-in templates you will see it is present on in the item layout (item.xml) of the blog template,

maybe your templates are copies of blog template ??

Please note about the date field that use the publish-up date:
- the category filtering should work without need to re-save items
- the search view will require re-saving the items, and then rebuilding the indexes, so using date field like this is better done when you are setting up the site

Regards
