File title lowercase. Bug?

Hi, just discovered a funny thing. The file titles are all lower-case, even if there are upper-case letters. Here is a link: www.muenstermann.com/de/dokument ... ueren.html
I had a look with Firebug and cannot see any CSS definition that could cause the problem. Must have been introduced with one of the latest FC updates...

so the lowercasing code should be removed or we need a new parameter

i will change this, but if you want to change this behavior now remove line:
from file.php

i have made a module to downloads manager module,
which has a tree structure and i wanted to save space ...

so , the user clicks to add FLEXIcontent files in to the downloads manager module
- which is a tree structure of folders/files,
- he/she adds/renames/moves folders and files,
- when done the user can
... saves the structure
... downloads the folders/file via a ZIP archive
... sends the structure to other users ... etc
... later he can reload the saved structure

in my version com_flexicontent_v2.1.2_r1806_J25_J32_beta this line is already commented, but on uploading a document its name is made lowercase and german entities like ä are ignored. Is there a way to keep original names of documents on uploading?

this is due to various servers having problem with such filenames
