I think this is easy to fix

Remove the /administrator/ folder rigth?

which revision
r1763 or r1764?

and in J1.5 / J2.5 / J3.1 ?

and this is in frontend item form ?

-- and yes,
1. latest revision does not need backend admin folder
(you can protect with password)
2. the CSS/JS files will be relative thus will work with both
http and https
so far they used ONLY whatever was configured for current menu item , thus only HTTP or only HTTPS

That is in the admin when I click in ADD NEW ITEM in the item list. The modal pop up where I choose witch item type I want, there is when it is breaking.

Hello,

yes it is a double slash in the url of CSS file that imports these CSS files,

so relative path like :
../../.. etc

will yield a wrong path ...
