The "Advanced Search Module for FLEXIcontent" does not have this "Add css" option in "Advanced Parameters (styling & caching etc)" - so I guess this is a bug if you say it should be there. (I set this thread to "not solved" because the problem is still there)
about bootstrap markup: can you give any rough estimation on when this will be implemented? I would be willing to contribute some work if that is of any help.(?)

i will add it, but why don't you use FLEXIcontent CSS and only modify rules that you need ?? !!
if you copy the FULL CSS file to template and then customize
in future you may miss other CSS rules

Thing is that I need to get rid of ALL FC styling because I add the bootstrap markup via JS to all FC elements so the FC output fits the rest of my site.
