[FIXED] Missing items count pagination setting

There is no option how many items/fields/categories/tags etc. to show in the backend view - it is always 20 items.

i looked at this, your current template overiddes the joomla function , in order to style the pagination, but it does not include the limit selector in the override,

if we add code to create this manually then your custom template CSS/HTML will no longer be applied, if we just append the limit selector then in another backend template it may appear twice

You are right - the problem is only when on isis admin template, but since it is the default Joomla 3 template plus the other 2 templates doesn't look good, there have to be some kind of solution

r1802 has added limit selector on top of the page for items manager, together with a total (number of items)

- but i guess this code should be added to the other views too
