universal module alternative read more text not working was created by hede

reproduce:
1. set an alternative read more text in an item
2. display this item via the univ module

expected: the alternative read more text is displayed

current: the language specific read more text is displayed

FF on Win10, FLEXIcontent version 3.0.10 on Joomla 3.4

yes,

this is not used, i guess we should

and also we have plans to add Read More to Content type parameters, which will usually be more convenient that setting "alternative read more per item"

We should have both, per item AND in Content type parameters. I personally need per item because my alt read more text is different for each item.
