item SEF links append /cat-id/item-id/ to menu item

Hello,
its been a long while since I report a bug in FC that means good news hehe

Sef is not working like expected.

1 - Main language is EN
2 - Menu item VIEW: Category -> Portugal( j.mp/1bWtWR8 )
3 - Rollover on the sidebar "CLUBE PRAIA DA OURA" and the link looks good, but if I rollover over the category item the link is wrong.

Should be like: en/hotels/portugal/clube-praia-da-oura/about GOOD!
But category is: en/hotels/portugal/clube-praia-da-oura/about/163-portugal/19-clube-praia-da-oura BAD!

Using joomfish 2.5 and FC version 2.1.2 r1813 beta

i change the title of this thread, "not working" means broken link, but in our case you describe issue with inappropriate format/appearance

Intended format:
