Minor: Faceted filter not working properly when no published was created by jrodgar

Hi!

Just a minor issue.

Category view

Consider this two situations

Three items, one unpublished, one in draft, one expired, each with different field values (A, B, C)

What I see on the faceted filter
A (1)
B (1)
C (1)

Similar case, three items, one published, one in draft, one expired, each with different field values (A, B, C)

What I see on the filter
A (1)

In short, when there are no visible elements, the faceted filter looks like it takes into account all the items, independently from his state

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
