Hello, it is not really a bug but is is to improve fc on the module there is this code

Hello

we don't claim that FLEXIcontent HTML code validates as HTML5,

surely future updates/versions will be targeting HTML5 validation, and replacing remaining mootools code for jQuery code, etc, etc

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
