Remove published dates from "order by custom field" was created by jrodgar

hi!

There was a bug regarding ordering by custom field for date fields of type published date. This was because the query made a left join where the field was empty (because the value was later extracted directly from __content.

You already have a "order by published", so to avoid confussions I would remove from the custom field selector that kind of fields (with a hint of the cause)

you mean prevent a user to order by a custom field that is of type
"date field" publish up ?
