Code is correct.
How I checked:
I opened code of page and copied coordinates
Then I use this coordinates in google maps site search
As I already wrote, google maps field displays marker correct.
Issue only with module.

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

i tested in my dev site ... protostart and flexicontent only
that work perfect

I have protostart and flexicontent only too.
Try zoom = 5
