language associations context was created by prathumwan

Looks like the context field in associations table get "content.item" but should be "com_content.item" right?

I think translate button in item manager is ok, it happens on edit/save item.

This must have been broken in v3.2.0 betas

Hello

thanks for report
i have commited a fix for this

also if you want to get rid of the useless entries you can execute:
`DELETE FROM `PPP_associations` WHERE context = 'content.item'`

to remove them, or just leave them there they are harmless
