Weblink field, issue with attribute selectors when creating multiple values

I got a problem as the screenshot showsIf I allow the weblink field to be added repeatedly, or put this type of field into a repeatable fieldgroup, the newly added field(or field in the fieldgroup) always fails to trigger the select drop-down menu.
When I add a new field, I need to save the article and refresh the page so that the select can return to normal.
This situation exists from version 3.3.7 to version 3.3.9 and was tested on a freshly installed joomla(3.9.24). I haven’t tested other older versions. Is there any way to fix it without refreshing page?
 

hello can you check console error of your browser ?
=> the proble is in front form or backend form or twice ?

The problem only occurs in backend cause we only use the backend,
nothing shows in the console when we click on the select.

i suspect some JS error occurs during "copy-and-emptying" to create next value
