search-view: Call to undefined method FLEXIcontentViewSearch::getUserStatePrefs()

Hi there,

I updated a site to joomla 4, and I want to override [com_flexicontent\views\search\tmpl\default.php] again like I did in joomla.
But now I get error
"Call to undefined method FLEXIcontentViewSearch::getUserStatePrefs()" (seems to be line 65)

What can I do to fix that?

how did you create your override ? i can't reproduce this error
1 go to template zone
2 edit your template
3 use create override tab
4 select your view

Ah ok; I "solved" it by taking out the cookie-related code near line 65. (New Website is on the way anyway, so that's enough for now.)

I had created my override manually: Copied
\components\com_flexicontent\views\search\tmpl\default.php
to
\templates\[mytmpl]\html\com_flexicontent\search\default.php

But thanks anyway, that solves it for now.
