Saving item with image fields throws error

Saving item with image fields throws error was created by cpsarathi79
I am trying to save an Item, which has image field. After browsing image file, when I hit Apply/Save button application throws system generated error message.
I am using Version 1.5.2.

Also find the attachment which has error details which is appeared on my screen.
