A link to subscribe to a blogcategrory. It's a feature in Wordpress. Visitors can subscribe to a blog and get a notification by e-mail when there is a new post. This is very user-friendly and brings a lot of extra readers to a blog.

do you search a plugin for joomla on extention site ?
extensions.joomla.org/
if it's existe it's possible to use in flexcontent

It's standard in Joomla, so I don't think any plugin will be available. I couldn't find one.
