Identify FLEXIcontent <--> FLEXIaccess links better was created by kenmcd

I think it would be helpful to change the icon labels and the text to make the links between FLEXIcontent and FLEXIaccess more easily identified (and more obvious).
In the example images below I have circled the requested changes.

Yep,
FLEXIaccess is the advanced ACL system for FLEXIcontent. I use that to build intranet for my clients. It's less generic than the upcoming J1.6 ACL but probably more powerful for content management (as it's really dedicated to that).
