ACL permission
-- Edit Field Value
is important for subscription-like sites

and ACL permission
-- "Associate any item (translations)"
is important for sites which different authors right translations of same item

Hello, these 2 ACL permission, are (i think) about 1 hour more work, just could not find time to do them,

I am finalizing search (and these i needed them too so the are coming)
