I am in need of two different time formats for my multilingual site. On english we would like regular 12hr time represented... ie 9:00am... but in french we would like it to read like this... 19h00. However, I do not see anywhere that allows for a language constant to be dropped in. For time field I am using a simple Text field with a 'Value Validation Mask' set to 'Time (hh:mm)'.

Anyone have an idea on the usual way around this?

you can allow to use time form geo position for each user not utc for all

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

Hello

date field use's Joomla calendar code that respects user's locale and converts the data on form submit

about time input, no option
- closest solution is to allow field's description to be a language string (language string in v3.0.9)
and you can enter a description with an example in the to tell user
