[problem]
i just updated flexicontent to 3.0.11, and now i can not leave the "post installation" screen: everthing is green exept 'initial permission'.

i click button "update" next to "post installation" > "Initial permission", then click the red link "REFRESH". Then, "Initial permission" is again marked red.
What do i have to to fix that?

joomla 3.4.8
fc 3.0.11
joomla > system info > all relevant files/folders writable exepct configuration.php
ok strange: after I set Flexicontent > config > " Debug Initial Permissions Creation ", the error is gone.
after i disabled " Debug Initial Permissions Creation " again, the error does not come back.
regardless of the update, the ne ACL that was added is create ACL on tags,
- you can now select which users can create new tags in item form
