Issues still exists but reports line 247 now

if you want to try the fixed version of the files, you can the updated file for github

?How do I find the updated file?
Is this a manual process (ie no installer)?

you will need to install newer version,
and there is no -newer- official stable release (newer than v3.1.0-rc2a),

if you are developing a new website, then you can downkiad install (via Joomla extension manager) from here:
