I was now about to reply. Tested it and it worked fine for a day and today i am getting the same error FLEXI_ERROR_STORING_ITEM:

Hello

you can send me a PM
with the super admin access

and also include an item ID for which item form gives this error

It must some 3rd party plugin that is canceling form saving

That plugin is not producing an error that can be shown
