I would like to add on my website a search function by address that would use the international address field of google map. Is it possible?

On your cvtheque example site, you perform this search from a text field. This implies a double entry by the user, which I would like to avoid.

do you mean that you would like to make the address international field , to be able to display a filter inside the category view or the search view filters ?

I appreciate since the beginning kikstart and I saw that the addresses had to be entered 2 times: 1 time in text fields to allow the use of a filter and 1 time in fields international address for google map.

If you Map field you can hide it un form (option in field ) address field will be populate by text field After save
