edit , set values, click apply and reload
and item reloads showing values you have set

did you try the above ?

also did you update to the patched version ?
i have updated the website just now to the patched version
can you retry

edit , set values, click apply and reload
and item reloads showing values you have set

i tried item form
and it seems to be working

i have deleted the values showing "N/A"
and then click to add new values and added items,
and it seems to be working
