Permissions to template

Hello,
I propose this new function : affect templates to user groups.

For example, if I have a template selector on category view, it will be nice to list all authorized templates per user group.
If a group is not authorized to see the template in the list, so the template is not available.

Yes, but for most users, at least 50% of FC options are not used. So one more option or one less, it's the same.
For me, it could be handy to have this option. And I think I'm not the only one.
