Update temporary item data

Hello.
Sometimes when I open the FC dashboard, it wants to update temporary item data.
It usually happens when I making some edits right in DB for the _content table.
For example, I changed the modified date in the DB. But FC still sorting items using old date.
I think it uses dates from _flexicontent_items_tmp table.
So, question is how to make the same in manual mode?
Is there any button for updating temporary item data?

tmp is an optimisaed database for multi-faced search
its a build in feature, i didn't recommand to update it manualy but use button in dashboard when that asked
