minigallery is loading only :-O was created by hossam abohassan

hi
i used mini gallery plugin
and i put in it 3 photos
the mini gallery show the loading icon only in the front end

are there special permissions should be done ?

i noticed something else
ther are some thumbnails but with no photos - just borders - i clicked right click and view image on them

i found this message
