FlexiAccess rules apply to manually set fields in template!?

I have called a userfield of flexicontent in my item-template manually with
Code:
$this->fields['my-field']->display;
If i disable this field for a user-group in Flexicontent, the frontend display: "Notice: Undefined index in my-item-template-path…" and "Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in my-item-template-path…".
How i can apply the rules defined in backend also in manually called flexicontent-userfields in template? Or: How i get fields to display only if there are visible for the user-group!? Is there a way?

Thank you.
