Unicode Alias are not handled correctly in FC 2.0 was created by mazataza

flexicontent_items.php and flexicontent_categories.php
we use
$this->alias = JFilterOutput::stringURLSafe($this->alias);

to handle alias, but if the user in joomla 1.6 setup unicode aliases in global configuration the above code will handle that case we should use instead
$this->alias = JApplication::stringURLSafe($this->alias);
