Web Based Scanner Input to Image Field was created by jeffhoneyager

Anyone game to build this?

Try out the demo and see how it would be useful for image type processing. A user can either upload an image from their desktop, or they can upload directly from their scanner.

so i will delete the other forum thread

about your suggestion:

1. it requires users to install a browser plugin

2. it is not free

it should at least offer good functionality in a free version, then we could overlook number 1

i think it's a specific request
you need a dev to do this

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
