Add a video provider to the Shared Video field was created by charlynancy

Hi,
Could you help me to find where i should add code to improve field video with a new provider of online video?
Here is a url of an example page of this french provider (INA.fr - archived of old french cultural video) :

Hello

v3.0.0 BETA 7d is finished (RC after bugfixing and then this will be v3.0.0)

will make a v3.0.x branch in GitHub, and continue development of v3.1, you may submit a Pull Request in GitHub
