Add dynamic content in flexicontent from another application

I try to add content in joomla from another application.
I add the item in the table : jos_content and the table : jos_flexicontent_cats_item_relations and in the table: jos_flexicontent_items_ext

but when I go into administrator mode, I have the following message: The system has detected that some elements are not associated with their extensive data. Either you just import them, or you have changed the section in the general configuration of the component.

If I bind everything is in order and I see my article on the site.
But what's missing there for it to work automatically?? Or is stored effectively relate the content with its type, a priori data
the table jos_flexicontent_items_ext not enough.
