I can't change my password was created by 7am

Hello,

I wan't to change my password in flexicontent website and forum. When i do it on the website it show me a 404 page. When i do it on the forum it say "Le mot de passe que vous avez saisi est incorrect." or "the password is not correct".

My old password is correct : i login with it with copy and paste from keepass software.
For my new password i tried everything, allways between 6 and 30 caracters, without special caracters, without ponctuation, without number, without caps (!!!).

Could you explain me the good way to change my password

maybe there is problem with the Joomla to forum PHPBB, will test this when i am back to my workstation, at end of week
