Not able to upgrade/install - Error - ** SOLVED ** was created by damianbunn

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version. I downloaded the component and tried a straight forward install. I got the error message:

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning! Failed to move file.

I then un-installed FlexiAccess and tried to re-install the component - I got the same error message.

Any idea what is causing this ?

Silly me - tmp directory was not writable. Changed permissions and installed fine.

great can you update you title post and insert [solved]

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
