error message after the installation of FLEXIaccess

I installed FLEXIcontent then FLEXIaccess, after the installation I saw the error messages on the top. Is there anything I missed?

I also got a similar error message when installing onto a Joomla 1.5 site with the latest Flexicontent. I got this message when I went to the Flexicontent dashboard after installing flexiaccess. It happened once, and it seems to be okay but I thought I would report it.:
