I subscribed, why can't I download Flexiaccess?

My patience is running pretty thin... really I feel like punching my neighbor in the face. I've been through a lot of lame support teams with even lamer extensions. I am fet up.
I am assuming it isn't instantaneous? I have to wait a series of minutes or hours, I mean waste a series of minutes/hours? I just finished using a CCK with a weird name, good reviews but a strange name. Long story short it corrupted my entire site. I had to reset my databases. If the author of jSeblod CCK was my neighbor I would definitely punch him in the face.

I just want to get the ball rolling again on my site.

Try this:
- log-out from the forum
- delete all domain cookies (easy with Firefox Developer Toolbar)
- log-in via the front-end (not the via forum)
