Frontend acces and permission

Hello !

Ihave a little problem !

I want to make different page of submission article : (ex : subission mp3 or submission article blog).

I configure flexiacces for the permissions :

My group :

My contenu access :

My menu access :

But my problem is when a membre of Posteurs(track) who login, the link "poster une track" on my menu "mon compte", not appear ! What i forget ?

And 2nd time, how can i make different form for different group avccess ?

The last ! It is possible to make automatik membership !
Ex : form with option. After : validate make paypal paiement and after when my member go's on my site there have acces to specfique protect menu.
